Mountain Dulcimers are available at no charge for students to use during class.  Please let Lee Cagle know (e-mail or call 901-877-7763)
if you would like to reserve an instrument.
Hammered Dulcimers are available for a small rental fee and can be reserved

This is a branch of Holiday Inn operated on the UofM campus,
conveniently located near the festival site.
 
Reservations must be made by September 9 by calling 901-678-5410 and requesting a room in the Memphis Dulcimer Gathering group block in order to receive a discount.

Once again, Rick Thum will donate a Traveler model hammered dulcimer ($495 value) as a door prize during the Saturday night concert.  Thank you, Rick for your continued support!

LUNCH will be available from the church at a cost of $7.50 per day (includes hot entree, salad, bread, dessert, drink) -- NO LUNCHES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT ADVANCED RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.

The Dulcimer Doctor -- Bob Magowan, a fabulous dulcimer builder and luthier from right here in Memphis, will be available during The Gathering to provide repairs, strings, and other necessities that you might need while you are here.
